题记：这是一个普普通通的中国女孩子在九十年代末期留学日本时发生的故事。

千叶县船桥斋藤家。
≈ap;ldo;林老师，这个星期天在我家做饺子，很多人去。≈ap;rdo; 斋藤在课后对林欣说，一边指了指坐在位子上的小林和大野，≈ap;ldo;小林和大野也去。所以请你也去。≈ap;rdo;
还没等林欣说话，斋藤又钉了一句：≈ap;ldo;我们不会做饺子，请林老师教。≈ap;rdo;
林欣有点为难地说：≈ap;ldo;可是我也不怎么会包≈ap;hellip;≈ap;hellip;≈ap;rdo;这话还真不是客气。林欣家里基本上都是吃馄饨，饺子都是在春秋家吃的。春秋的父亲是山东人，特别会做面食。每次林欣也不过象征性地打个下手，干些烧水、搓剂子之类的杂事。
听出了林欣的迟疑，斋藤扶了扶大黑眼镜，呵呵笑着说：≈ap;ldo;林老师，你是中国人。中国人都会做饺子！≈ap;rdo;
加藤家所在的千叶县船桥市离林欣家很远，坐电车要一个多钟头。林欣看了看地图，才意识到每次上了课斋藤也要花一个多小时才能从金学院回家。
想到以前翻译课的时候，斋藤说过学中文只是因为喜欢，和他做的工作完全无关，林欣不禁佩服这些日本人。在国内，学一门外语往往是为了谋生。林欣自己就不会去学什么意大利语，虽然她很喜欢意大利歌剧。而林欣的学生当中，单纯为了兴趣花钱花时间的绝不只是斋藤一个。
许多在东京市中心上班的人都把家安在埼玉、千叶、神奈川这些周边的郊地带，而每天坐电车上下班。就算是有点头脸的或是家里相当有钱的人也坐电车。其实一般的日本家庭都有私家车，但是开车出门，路上堵车不说，停车也是千难万难。由于国土狭小，而人口众多，这个国家的每一寸土地都被精心利用，鲜有浪费。特别是在东京，很多停车场还是立体升降式的。在那里停车像是在拍科幻电影。人们喜欢电车的另一个原因是日本的公共交通设施都非常守时，电车更是精准，很少误点。日本的那些サスペンス（侦探小说、影视剧）里的罪犯就是常常利用严格遵守运行时间的电车来给自己制造アリバイ（不在场证据）。精细的日本人相约出行，往往会事先算好了时间，在电车站会齐了直接赶下一班车。由于一列电车有数辆车箱，从车头走到车尾也要个几分钟，那些精打细算的乘客更是连在哪节车箱上车走路最短之类细节都考虑得清清楚楚。他们还会把这些日积月累的宝贵经验告诉第一次乘这路电车的朋友们。
斋藤家是在一座マンション（高级公寓）的三层。林欣一进门就看见玄关地上的各色鞋子。
≈ap;ldo;林老师，你来啦！≈ap;rdo;小林笑嘻嘻地迎了上来。
林欣微笑着打了招呼，将手里提的塑料袋子放在地板上，蹲下身去脱了鞋子。
≈ap;ldo;林老师，你带的什么？≈ap;rdo;小林好奇地指着地上的塑料袋问。
林欣直起身，拎起塑料袋，拍了拍说：≈ap;ldo;是好吃的。≈ap;rdo;
小小的客厅中央放着一张长方型的木桌，桌子上已经整整齐齐地摆了面粉、肉馅、切好的白菜等材料。大家或立在桌子旁闲聊，或随意坐在靠墙摆着的几张椅子上。再不就是干脆盘腿坐在木地板上。来的都是二、三十岁的年轻人。林欣惊讶地发现谢婉云也在。
见林欣来了，房间里的人都微笑着点头打招呼。那大谷端着杯饮料走过来，微笑着和林欣说：≈ap;ldo;你好！≈ap;rdo;
林欣也含笑说：≈ap;ldo;你好。≈ap;rdo;
林欣径直过去，将一个浅蓝色盖子的塑料饭盒放在桌子上。大谷和小林跟了过来，林欣于是打开饭盒，里面是排得整整齐齐的蛋饺。
≈ap;ldo;看起来很好吃呀！≈ap;rdo;（美味しそう！）小林先叫起来。
≈ap;ldo;林老师，这是什么？≈ap;rdo;大谷指着蛋饺问。
≈ap;ldo;这是我妈妈的拿手菜---鸡蛋饺。我们今天不是包饺子么？这也是一种饺子呀！≈ap;rdo;
又有几个人凑上来，好奇地看那蛋饺。
斋藤抱了个瓶子过来给林欣看：≈ap;ldo;林老师，你喝酒吗？≈ap;rdo;
林欣定睛一看，原来是一瓶绍兴酒。日本人很喜欢中国的绍兴酒，许多居酒屋都常备。来カンカル的客人常常点这个酒，配着黄色或是白色的小块冰糖，盛在玻璃小钵里。
她微微红了脸说：≈ap;ldo;我不会喝酒。≈ap;rdo;
大谷在一边插嘴说：≈ap;ldo;这是你家乡的酒。你应该喝。≈ap;rdo;
林欣说那吃了饺子再喝吧。
大家于是开始动手干活。小林拿了个厨房专用的小秤跑过来问：≈ap;ldo;林老师，我们要放多少克面粉？≈ap;rdo;旁边一个不认识的女孩子还认真地拿了纸和笔准备记下来。
另一个负责调馅的的女孩子也拿了个量杯问：≈ap;ldo;老师，馅里应该放多少酱油和盐呢？≈ap;rdo;
把个林欣弄得哭笑不得。她只得解释说：≈ap;ldo;我们中国人平时做饭全凭着经验和感觉，是不用这些东西来量的≈ap;rdo;。
几个日本女孩面面相觑，那脸上的表情分明在说：≈ap;ldo;那么我们究竟该放多少呢？≈ap;rdo;
林欣算了算屋里的人，从纸袋子里抓了几把干面，倒在钢精面盆里。又数了一遍人数，就又添了些干面。然后往儿馅儿里加了盐和酱油。她有意多放了些，因为在国内时她做的菜总被家人朋友批评没放盐。
面和好了，林欣吩咐小林在面上盖块湿毛巾醒着。
等着的当儿，几个人便闲聊。
大谷忽然走过来对林欣说：≈ap;ldo;林老师，我上个月去北京出差，见到了李鹏。≈ap;rdo;
小林忙问：≈ap;ldo;李鹏是谁？≈ap;rdo;
斋藤在小林的头上作势一拍：≈ap;ldo;李鹏也不知道！是中国的首相啊。≈ap;rdo;
林欣好奇地问大谷：≈ap;ldo;在哪？≈ap;rdo;
≈ap;ldo;在人民大会堂。他见很多日本的商人。≈ap;rdo;大谷很得意地说。
≈ap;ldo;你注意到他的那双银灰皮鞋没有？≈ap;rdo;林欣笑着问道。
≈ap;ldo;银灰皮鞋？≈ap;rdo;大谷先是一愣，随即就呵呵地笑了起来。摇着头说：≈ap;ldo;没有！下次我一定注意看！≈ap;rdo;
醒好了面，林欣擀皮，屋子里的几个女孩子都过来帮忙，只有谢婉云还在和几个男孩子聊天。斋藤和几个人到阳台上去吸烟，而大谷和另外两个男孩子则站在桌子旁边。小林对其中的一个穿着蓝白格子上衣、圆圆脸的男生说：≈ap;ldo;明石，你也来试试嘛！≈ap;rdo;那被唤作明石的男孩子随即卷起袖子，帮着搓剂子。
大谷没有动手，看了一会，就走到一边和谢婉云等几个人说话去了。
忙乎了半日，饺子终于下了锅。小林负责煮，捞起来的饺子一半儿破了皮，倒也香气扑鼻。大家都围过来吃。明石嘴急，一口咬下去，皱眉道：≈ap;ldo;林老师，你的口味真是很淡啊！≈ap;rdo;林欣忙咬了一口，脸腾地就红了。天啊，这饺子怎么咸成这样啦！
≈ap;ldo;林老师的脸红了！≈ap;rdo;小林在一边说。这下子林欣的脸就更红了。
斋藤在一边大大咧咧地打圆场：≈ap;ldo;没关系，这样可以省我家的酱油。≈ap;rdo;
大谷倒了一小杯绍兴酒递给林欣。林欣道了谢，轻轻抿了一口，温温甜甜的，很好喝。她竟然一气饮干了。大谷于是又给她倒了一杯。≈ap;ldo;林老师，你的酒量不错呀。≈ap;rdo;那谢婉云不知什么时候站在了林欣身后。林欣扭头冲她笑笑，没说什么。
她现在已经知道谢婉云是金院长的女儿。
